About Hendrickson
I am a student at Rutgers University-Camden. I dual major in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I also am minoring in Statistics. I am set to graduate in May of 2020 with all three degrees. I graduated from Camden County College in 2017 with an Associates of Science in Mathematics. I have experience tutoring for 7 years for students of all age groups. I've tutored for students grades 1-8 at the Boys & Girls Club of America. When I studied at Camden County College, I was also a math tutor there for upper level college courses like Discrete Math, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Calculus I,II, and III. I currently work at LEAP academy high school in Camden, NJ where I tutor 10th graders Geometry.

If I could use one word to describe my teaching style, it would be 'approachable'. Throughout college, I've had many professors who's teaching methods were different than my learning methods. This experience shaped me to become a more patient tutor and understanding that there are many different ways to teach someone. Students aren't afraid to ask questions and I help them understand that it is okay to say "I don't know". I search for different ways to relate math to common interests.

ONLINE
$15 an hour
If you and your friend need tutoring,
$25 an hour will cover both students.
Every 10 hours, you get one free.
If you recommend me to a student and they book a minimum of 2 hours, both of you receive 1 free hour each.
