About David
With over six years of high school/undergraduate math tutoring experience, I understand the knowledge and skills necessary to do well. Whether you're looking for homework help or to ace your next test, your success is my top priority!
I'm incredibly patient with all of my clients. There are no "stupid" questions and tutoring with me is a judgment-free zone. I remember the frustration that comes with not understanding a new topic because I used to struggle with math too. It wasn't until I had a math tutor for high school precalculus that I started to excel in math. Six years later, I graduated with a bachelor of science in mathematics!
Many of my clients raised their math class's average several letter grades, most finishing with either an A or B. Students' overall performance is highly correlated with the number of sessions held, so be sure to reach out before it's too late in the semester!

My teaching methodology varies depending on your academic goals and learning style. Some students only need to pass their math class to satisfy a degree requirement, while others need a mastery of the material for their career. Additionally, many students learn best with lots of worked examples, while others benefit from a more Socratic approach. Whatever your needs are, I'm here to help!
As of now, all tutoring sessions are done virtually over Zoom and material is hand-written with a stylus in OneNote. At the end of each session, I'll email you a PDF of everything covered!
