About Iryna
Beyond teaching mathematics, I am passionate about personal growth, education, and helping people discover their strengths. I run a YouTube channel where I share coaching insights and reflections on personal development. I also enjoy dancing, which brings creativity, energy, and balance into my life.
Originally from Ukraine and currently living in Lithuania, I have experience adapting to change and overcoming challenges. These experiences help me better understand and support my students. I believe that learning is not only about knowledge but also about confidence, resilience, and believing in yourself.

I have more than 15 years of teaching experience and work with school students of different ages and levels. As a mother of two children, I understand how important it is to explain even difficult concepts in a clear, patient, and simple way that students can easily understand.
My goal is not only to improve grades and prepare students for exams, but also to help them feel confident in mathematics and in their own abilities. In my work with children and teenagers, I combine mathematics teaching with a coaching approach and a solid understanding of adolescent psychology. This helps me build trust, increase motivation, and support students through learning challenges.
I explain complex topics in simple language, identify knowledge gaps, and adapt my teaching to each student's needs and learning style. I teach in Russian and Ukrainian and help students achieve their academic goals without fear or unnecessary stress.
