About Anaïs
My journey into mathematics began with a fascination for logical structure, patterns, and problem-solving. I earned an M.Sc in Mathematical Sciences, where I developed advanced analytical skills alongside effective teaching strategies. Over the past 10 years, I have taught students across elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math, helping them overcome uncertainty and build confidence. I teach with empathy, patience, and adaptability, ensuring explanations align with each learner’s pace. I use visual representations, structured reasoning, and real-life examples to make abstract concepts accessible. Many students who initially struggle gradually become confident, independent thinkers. Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with educational research and curriculum refinement. Teaching mathematics is deeply fulfilling because it empowers learners with clarity, confidence, and lifelong problem-solving skills.

In my lessons, I guide students through elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math using structured explanations that emphasize patterns, relationships, and logical progression. I help learners see how mathematical concepts connect and build confidence through clarity.
Lesson plans are thoughtfully adapted to each learner’s academic stage and comfort level. Beginners focus on number sense, arithmetic fluency, and confidence-building practice. Intermediate learners strengthen algebraic reasoning, geometry understanding, and multi-step problem-solving skills. Advanced learners focus on SAT math strategies, efficient reasoning, and flexible thinking approaches. Every lesson includes guided examples, discussion, and reflective feedback.
Math lessons also develop persistence, analytical thinking, and calm problem-solving habits. As learners grow more confident, they approach challenges with structure and assurance. My goal is to help students develop strong mathematical foundations that support both academic success and everyday reasoning.
