About Maisha
I have 12 years of teaching experience and hold a PhD in Mathematical Modeling. Mathematics has always fascinated me because of its ability to describe patterns, solve real-world problems, and support innovation across many fields. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share that fascination with learners.
My approach combines structure with flexibility. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt explanations and lesson strategies to fit individual needs. Building confidence is just as important as building technical skill, and I work hard to support both.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy studying quantitative research and exploring practical applications of Mathematics. These interests help me bring meaningful examples into lessons. Watching students overcome challenges and achieve their goals continues to inspire my passion for teaching.

My Mathematics lessons focus on helping students understand the ideas behind formulas and procedures.
