For high school/college students, I first respect the course material given by the school/college. When students look for tutoring, they mostly expect to solve the confusion from the class, or they anticipate strengthening their understanding to ensure a great performance in the exam. I also would like to tutor students who want to expand their horizons in the fields of Economics and Math.
Fun is also necessary, especially for mathematics, where students have to face abstract concepts and explanations. With a thorough review, there will be all kinds of living examples in every session to help students grasp the ideas behind definitions. Going through sessions, students will be able to gradually speak their thoughts loud, instead of getting bound by hesitations of giving answers.
I appreciate all feedback from students after teaching sessions. The lesson plan will be enriched and built as a great framework designed for the student exclusively.
