About Elliana
My journey in mathematics began with a fascination for logical patterns and structured thinking. This passion led me to earn a B.Sc in Mathematics and later an M.Sc in Mathematical Sciences, where I explored both theoretical depth and applied problem-solving. Over 12 years of teaching, I have helped students at various academic stages replace anxiety with confidence through thoughtful, structured instruction.
I approach teaching with patience and attentiveness, recognizing that every student processes mathematical ideas differently. I take time to identify individual learning styles and adapt explanations accordingly, whether through visual methods, real-world examples, or stepwise reasoning. I believe confidence grows naturally when understanding is prioritized over speed.
Beyond teaching, I remain engaged with mathematical research, applied problem analysis, and educational development. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I see learners develop confidence in their reasoning abilities, empowering them to approach challenges with clarity and persistence both inside and outside the classroom.
