About Cruz
My interest in Mathematics developed from enjoying logical patterns and problem-solving challenges during my studies. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Mathematics and have spent the last 5 years helping students improve through supportive teaching and structured explanation. I enjoy making complex topics feel simpler and more manageable for learners at different levels.
I believe every learner improves differently, so I adjust my teaching style based on individual pace and understanding. Some students benefit from visual methods and examples, while others prefer direct practice and conceptual discussion. My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and consistency so students can improve steadily without feeling overwhelmed.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical puzzles, data interpretation, and applications of mathematics in science and technology. Staying connected to these areas helps me keep lessons practical and engaging. Teaching Math is rewarding because I enjoy helping students become stronger thinkers and more confident problem solvers over time.

My Math lessons focus on helping students understand concepts clearly through step-by-step explanation and structured practice. I teach algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and trigonometry using simple methods that make difficult ideas feel easier to manage. Lessons are designed to improve logical thinking, confidence, and calculation accuracy while keeping the learning process calm and supportive.
Beginners build strong foundations through guided exercises, visual explanation, and repeated practice that improves understanding gradually. Intermediate learners focus on equation solving, graph analysis, and numerical reasoning with deeper revision support. Advanced students work on analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and exam preparation. I also include practical examples and mental exercises to make learning more engaging and effective.
Mathematics becomes more approachable when students understand why formulas work instead of memorizing steps without meaning. My lessons encourage patience, independent thinking, and steady progress in a comfortable learning environment. I want students to feel more capable and confident while solving mathematical problems and exploring challenging concepts.
