About Sushmita
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and have 5 years of experience teaching mathematics. My interest in mathematics began through exploring patterns, structures, and practical applications in everyday life. Teaching allows me to share that passion while helping students achieve meaningful progress. I enjoy making mathematics more approachable and engaging.
My teaching style is supportive, adaptable, and focused on understanding. I recognize that every learner has different needs, so I adjust lessons accordingly. Some students benefit from visual methods, while others prefer detailed examples and guided practice. I encourage questions and active participation throughout lessons. Building confidence is always a key goal.
Outside teaching, I enjoy studying mathematical applications in technology and science. Staying connected to the subject helps me bring fresh ideas into lessons.
