About Lilliana
My passion for mathematics began with an early fascination for patterns, structure, and logical consistency. This interest led me to pursue an M.Sc in Pure Mathematics, where I developed a deep appreciation for abstract reasoning and rigorous problem-solving. Over 12 years of teaching, I have helped students from varied backgrounds transform their understanding by breaking complex ideas into clear, manageable steps.
I believe effective mathematics teaching requires patience, adaptability, and respect for individual learning styles. I focus on identifying conceptual gaps and addressing them through visual explanation, structured reasoning, and practical examples. Creating a supportive environment allows students to ask questions freely and develop confidence in their own thinking.
Outside teaching, I continue engaging with mathematics through reading, problem exploration, and applied reasoning. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding to me because it empowers learners with clarity, confidence, and logical tools that benefit every area of life.
