About Helen

My teaching approach for Mathematics is built on systematic methods and visualisation. I cover matrices and determinants in depth, including properties, inverse, rank, solution of linear systems using Cramer's rule, and Gaussian elimination with detailed examples. I teach vector algebra, including dot and cross products, scalar triple product, and applications in geometry and physics like finding angles, areas, and volumes. In 3D geometry, I cover lines, planes, spheres, and their intersections, with vector and Cartesian forms. I also explain linear transformations with geometric interpretations, including rotation, scaling, shear, and projection. I encourage students to solve problems using both algebraic and graphical approaches. I provide topic-wise notes, formula sheets, and practice sets. I assign homework that includes both routine and challenging problems. I conduct weekly tests to ensure understanding and retention. I also provide quick tips for exam preparation and common mistakes to avoid. For students who are preparing for competitive exams, I include advanced problems and time-saving strategies. My goal is to help you excel in vector and matrix mathematics with confidence.
