About Abby
Hey! My name’s Abby, and I’m currently on my gap year after recently finishing the IB at boarding school. I achieved 41 points overall while also being a student athlete, so I know how challenging it can be to balance academics, sport and a busy social life. I’m happy to share tips on managing time, stress and staying organised alongside studying.
In my free time, I play lots of sport, go to live music events and spend time with friends. I’m also a big fan of Chinese takeaway! I’m friendly and approachable and want my lessons to be a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence.

I offer friendly, personalised Maths lessons tailored to each student's level and goals. I focus on making topics easy to understand through clear explanations, real-world examples, and diagrams, while also developing strong exam technique through practice questions and feedback.
Lessons can be between 30-90 minutes and are suitable for GCSE Maths students and below. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and a Grade 7 in IB Maths SL Application and Interpretations, and I am planning to study Geography with Economics at university. Having recently completed the IB and GCSEs, I can offer up-to-date advice and support with both course content and exam preparation
