In my Maths lessons, I weave together concepts from elementary school math, middle school math, algebra, geometry, and SAT math, creating an integrated approach that builds both skill and confidence. I begin with core concepts such as arithmetic operations, fractions, ratios, and number sense, helping students establish a strong foundation. As students progress, we cover algebraic expressions, linear equations, geometry applications, multi-step word problems, and SAT-focused strategies. I emphasize logical reasoning, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving, encouraging students to make connections between topics and apply knowledge flexibly. Lessons are designed to help learners approach unfamiliar problems with confidence while strengthening analytical skills.
Advanced lessons focus on integrated problem-solving, complex multi-step questions, and exam preparation. Students develop strategies for analyzing and breaking down problems, combining skills from algebra, geometry, and arithmetic to find solutions.
