About Ivy
I am a Math tutor with over 5 years of experience and hold a Master’s in Mathematics (MMath). My passion goes beyond solving equations—I love exploring the history of mathematics and the evolution of mathematical thought. I enjoy tracing how ancient civilizations contributed to the development of numbers, geometry, and algebra. From the Babylonians and Egyptians to the Greeks and Indians, I uncover the roots of the concepts we study today.

Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and needs, ensuring deep and lasting understanding. I also integrate real-world examples to show how maths applies in everyday situations. For students aiming for actuarial studies or careers requiring strong analytical skills, I provide focused guidance on problem-solving and critical thinking.
