I’m a fully qualified medical doctor with a degree in Biology and years of clinical experience, including time spent as an island doctor managing a wide range of cases and performing minor surgical procedures. As a current SHO with over five years of clinical experience—including rural and island practice—I bring a practical, patient-centred approach to teaching medicine. My lessons are designed for university-level medical students, particularly those in their clinical years or preparing for OSCEs, exams, or foundation training. I use a case-based, interactive teaching style that mirrors real-life clinical scenarios. This helps students not only understand the theory but also apply it confidently in clinical practice. Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes and is tailored to the student’s learning goals. I also like to draw from my own experience in performing minor surgeries, managing complex cases as an island doctor, and my ongoing interest in ENT, to provide real-world insight and practical advice. My goal is to make medicine less overwhelming and more logical by connecting textbook knowledge with clinical relevance. Whether you're struggling with physiology or prepping for your clinical skills assessment, I’ll help you build confidence step by step.
