About Matilda
I am currently taking a gap year before continuing my studies at Edinburgh for medicine. I really enjoy learning, so I am keen to spread this to others too by trying to make learning really fun!
I achieved A*s in both biology and psychology at A-Level, and 9s in biology, English lit, and English Lang at GCSE level. During my A-Levels, I helped tutor my peers, helping them to achieve grades far beyond their expectations, so I know how to get around tricky exam questions and remember difficult concepts within these subjects.

Having recently completed my A-Levels, I have a strong understanding of A-level and GCSE examinations, and know exactly how to tailor your answers to guarantee the best marks and grades you can get! Every student is different, so I always tailor the lesson to suit their learning style and maximise their learning through a variety of different resources to make the lessons memorable and interesting! I am able to tutor psychology and biology up to A-Level, and English Language or Literature up to GCSE.
Additionally, I have recently gone through medical school applications, achieving 4/4 offers from top universities, so would be more than happy to assist with this process too- including reading and editing personal statements and helping with interview practice.
