About Amir
I am currently a Medical Student, and absolutely an income stream is a big reason I'm trying to tutor - I'll be honest. But in no way am I just in it for the money; I've always loved teaching and it was actually my back-up plan if I hadn't got into medicine!
I know how stressful and overwhelming Year 12 biology can seem and would love to be able to help people get through it. :)

I quite enjoy biology, and had a fantastic teacher in Year 12 who I would definitely seek to emulate. I think biology can be a little hard particularly when people try and use rote learning for it - when really, without understanding the deeper context you can't truly become good at biology.
I really appreciate long-term support and believe short-term tutoring will not help a student. Rapport has to be established and some time has to pass before results can be changed. Sometimes, the tutor has to change their approach - something I've done in previous tutoring when necessary and will continue to do.
