About Rikki
Hi, my name is Rikki and I am a medical student at Brighton & Sussex Medical School. I took a slightly unconventional route into medicine and came back to academia after a few years out in the workplace. This means my qualifications are recent, and I have been exposed to many learning styles on the path to achieving my goals.
One of the lessons I have learned along the way, is that there is a profound difference between memorising a subject, and deeply understanding it. When you work with teachers that are passionate about their subject, it comes across in everything they do, and provides you with a rich depth of knowledge. This ensures you have strong foundations on which to build upon in your chosen field.
Having gone from GCSE, all the way through to medical school applications, entrance exams, and interviews, I am very happy to help you prepare for every step in achieving your personal ambitions!

Being a mature student and coming back to education later in life, coupled with my interest in the mind and how we learn effectively, I am able to tailor my approach to your needs. The benefit of 1-1 or small group work is that we can find methods and a speed that work most effectively for you, and modify as we go if necessary.
I teach Biology and Chemistry at GCSE/IGCSE level, as well as UKCAT, BMAT and medical interview preparation.
