About Vaishnavee

I am an undergrad student majoring in eco. Throughout my life I have always found meditation to be helpful and guide me through difficult times. With help of meditation I have come to be little conscious about my actions and body. It has truly opened a new dimension in my life

About the lesson

Meditation is a very peaceful activity. It helps with restarting our system hence I always prefer that meditation either happens with nature or in a calm environment. I only need 30 mins of your time to make everything happen for you. In my class sometimes I will use my voice to guide you other times I will let your brain take over, which will give you a better understanding of your body
