About Dylan

Education, to me, is an art form—one that not only illuminates the mind but shapes the soul. With over 3,500 hours of teaching experience spanning six years, and a career that bridges elite finance and world-class academia, I do not merely teach; I mentor, inspire, and guide my students toward realising their fullest intellectual and professional potential. My journey began in one of the most demanding academic environments in France—the Classe Préparatoire, where I studied Physics, Mathematics, and Engineering. This elite training, known for its rigour and depth, laid the foundation for my analytical and problem-solving abilities. This challenging experience shaped my approach to tackling complex subjects, giving me a strong foundation to teach Maths, Statistics, and Quantitative Methods. My professional experience includes three years at some of the world’s leading financial institutions—JP Morgan, UniCredit, and Exane BNP Paribas—where I developed a deep understanding of global markets, quantitative analysis, and strategic insight. These lessons transcend the boardroom and shape my teaching approach, where I focus on making real-world applications of mathematical and statistical concepts accessible to my students. Academically, I have further refined my expertise at the London School of Economics, EDHEC Business School, and Pace University in New York. I have also taught at EDHEC Business School and Politecnico di Milano, where I helped guide some of the brightest minds in business and finance. This blend of academic rigour and practical experience allows me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, transforming abstract mathematical concepts into powerful tools for real-world success. I am well-versed in teaching material from a wide array of top universities around the world, including but not limited to LSE, Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Harvard Business School, IE, Bocconi, HEC, ESCP, Durham, Warwick, and King’s College. My experience spans continents, and I have helped students navigate the rigorous academic landscapes of the world’s most demanding programmes. My goal is to make complex quantitative methods and statistical concepts understandable, ensuring students excel academically while developing the critical thinking needed for real-world challenges. Mathematics and Statistics are not merely subjects to be learned; they are tools for sharpening the mind and solving real problems. In my lessons, we do not just cover the syllabus—we explore the “why” behind the concepts, encouraging critical thinking and intellectual empowerment. I tailor each session to your unique strengths and ambitions, ensuring that every moment spent together is purposeful and transformative. To study with me is to invest in more than just knowledge: it’s a commitment to becoming an extraordinary thinker, ready to excel in the world’s most competitive arenas. Whether you’re preparing for advanced exams in Maths, mastering Statistics, or diving deep into Quantitative Methods for business and finance, I offer you expert mentorship with the depth, wisdom, and global insight needed to thrive. When you choose me as your mentor, you’re not just paying for tutoring—you are investing in a path toward excellence, where education is a catalyst for greatness, and every lesson is a step toward unlocking your fullest potential.

  • When did you start your personal development? What motivated this choice?

I've started my personal development very early, I always believed that growing and improving myself were keys to a happy life. I have no doubt that personal development is crucial for each of us. Do not hesitate to look at my YouTube channel below.
  • Describe your own understanding of "personal development" and what can it bring in the short and long-term?

Know Yourself" said Socrates. I totally agree with the fact that self-development helps us to be a better version of ourselves. That being said, in the short term, we can be more efficient and happier with self-development. On the other hand, in the long term, our health and happiness will be positively impacted by self-development.
  • What are some practical tips to help improve self-confidence?

    Here are my top 3:

    1) Be aware of your strengths, we all have skills and abilities which differentiate from others.
    2) Do compare yourself to others with having in mind that we do not have the same development and timeline in terms of goals and achievements.
    3) Love yourself. Love your strengths, but especially your weaknesses. Remember that you are unique.
  • Do you think a teacher can learn from his students? Is there a lesson where you have experienced this?

A teacher can definitely learn from his students. Having students from all over the world enabled me to develop a nuanced understanding of diversity. I highly value my students' opinion and ideas. Needless to say that I can be wrong. This is why I listen carefully and aim to learn every day from everyone.
  • What personalities do you admire; who represents personal and professional success in your opinion?

I do admire various personalities in a personal and professional way. What I value the most is hard work, resilience, and the capacity to be open to learn every single day. I could mention the following: Leonardo Da Vinci, Elon Musk, Barack Obama, Jay Shetty, Gandhi, Albert Einstein, and I could go on...
  • What are your hobbies and what benefits do they have on your motivation?

I enjoy art, classical music, running as well as reading. Reading enables me to learn every day. I do admire artists in their field. It could be art, classical music, science etc. This made me realise that there is only one way to be successful: working hard and being passionate.
  • Who are your classes for, specifically? Is this domain open to all?

My classes are open to anyone. Do not hesitate to reach me to discuss further. I coach several people with very various goals - i.e. from how to sell your painting to securing a job in a renowned investment bank. It is worth mentioning that I have students from 18 y.o. to 70y.o.
