About Qammar
Hello! I’m Qammar Ali, an MPhil Mathematics student and experienced mathematics tutor. I have a strong passion for making mathematics understandable, engaging, and meaningful for students. I chose teaching because I believe mathematics is not about memorizing formulas—it is about understanding ideas, thinking logically, and developing problem-solving skills. I enjoy helping students overcome their fear of mathematics and become confident learners. In my lessons, I use visual explanations, real-life applications, and the history behind mathematical concepts to make learning more interesting. My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades, but also to develop a genuine appreciation and curiosity for mathematics.

My teaching style is interactive, engaging, and student-centered, creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My approach is built on three principles: developing a strong conceptual understanding through clear visual explanations, connecting mathematical ideas to real-world applications, and introducing the historical background of topics to provide deeper insight. Rather than focusing on memorization, I help students understand the logic behind mathematics.
I am Mphil in Mathematics from QAU with more than 8 years experience of teaching mathematics and I do teach students of every age and every level.
My goal is to strengthen problem-solving skills, build confidence, and inspire a genuine appreciation for mathematics while helping students achieve academic success.
