I focus on practically and easy way of learning. RESEARCH WORK AND SKILLS SUMMARY
• Natural Product Chemistry- Isolation, purification and characterization of phytoconstituents/ bioactive molecule with the help of Chromatographic technique and Spectroscopic technique (U.V, I.R, N.M.R, 13C and Mass). Quantification of bioactive/ phytoconstituent in natural product using HPLC, HPTLC, GC-MS, GC-ECD, NPD, LC-MS.
• Method validation, Recovery study, Qualitative and quantitative analysis of pesticide formulation and pesticide residues in food commodities, soil, water and milk by GC-ECD, NPD, FPD, FID, GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS.
• Sound knowledge of other spectroscopic technique such as NMR, FTIR, ESR, Mossbauer, Mass, UV-Visible, AAS, IO-CPS etc.
• Drug Standarization, Quality Assurance and Chemical analysis of raw materials, extract and formulations of Ayurveda & Siddha system of Indian medicine. Isolation, purification and characterization of phyto-constituents of medicinal plants used in Ayurveda system of medicine.
• Qualitative and Quantitative monitoring of pesticides residue in food commodity by HPLC, GC-MS, GC-ECD, NPD, FID, FPD & LC-MS etc.
• Method validation, recovery study, calculation of uncertainity, RSD, SD, LOD, LOQ for various pesticides.
• Being NABL, BIS and OPCW accredited lab, various guaidelines are followed as per 17025- 2005 for good laboratory practices.
• Analysis of pesticide formulation as per BIS, CIPAC specification. Participate in PT programme conducted by OPCW.

3. Attended trainining on “Fundamentals of HPLC with HPLC Solution Workstation” conducted from 26th November to 27th November 2012, held at Shimadzu Analytical India Pvt. Ltd.
4. Attended trainining on “Pesticide Residue Analysis and Basic Operator Training on GC, HPLC and GC-MS" from April 8-12, 2013, at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana.
5. Attended trainining on “Fundamentals of HPLC with HPLC Solution Workstation” conducted from 5th September to 6th September 2012, held at Shimadzu Analytical India Pvt. Ltd.
6. Training Programme on “Laboratory Quality Management System and Internal Audit IS/ISO/IEC/17025” during 28-31st July 2015 at NITS Noida, Bureau of Indian Standards.
7. Training on the “Analysis of CWC Related Chemicals” held at DRDE Jhansi Road Gwalior from 29 th -30th March, 2016.
