About Vikramjit

My Background I'm a recent MSc graduate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Birmingham, with a strong mathematical foundation built through years of study and professional work. I achieved over 85% in mathematics throughout my CBSE schooling in India and hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology. I've worked as a data scientist in the technology sector for over 9 years, applying mathematical concepts daily in real-world problem-solving. Why I Started Tutoring I wanted to share my passion for mathematics with students. I remember finding certain maths topics challenging during my own education, and that experience taught me that with the right explanation and patience, any concept can become clear. Some students grasp concepts quickly; others need more time and different approaches. Both are absolutely fine! My Teaching Philosophy Having helped friends improve their grades and volunteered teaching students in India, I know that patience and encouragement matter as much as subject knowledge. I create a comfortable, supportive space where asking questions is encouraged and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, not failures. Maths anxiety is real - if you're feeling stuck or frustrated, I get it. My goal is to help you not just improve your grades, but actually feel confident with numbers. Who Are These Lessons For?
