About the lesson

I am an active Muay Thai fighter and former Taekwondo competitor, with national and international titles in Taekwondo.

I offer private lessons adapted to all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience and want to improve your technique, fitness or fighting skills.

During the sessions, we can work on:

* Punches, kicks, knees and elbows
* Footwork, defense and distance management
* Combinations, pad work and focus mitts
* Sport-specific strength and conditioning
* Coordination, speed, confidence and fight strategy

My Taekwondo background allows me to bring especially strong, technical and dynamic kicking skills, combined with the effective and complete striking style of Muay Thai.

Every lesson will be adapted to your personal goals—whether you want to get fit, learn self-defense, build confidence, improve your technique or prepare for competition. My teaching style is progressive, supportive and challenging, always respecting your current level and learni
