About Tabin
I am an innovator and long-term educator with 7+ years of experience with a wide range of age groups, primarily at the university level. If you are at university or looking to enter university, I'm the tutor for you. I bring with me a toolbox of strategies developed over 15+ years working with neurodiverse learning styles to engage and make your learning more efficient, so the time you spend on study is as tailored to your learning style as possible. I have taught and tutored a wide range of subjects, from history, media studies and English to science, biotechnology and chemistry. Location: Held online via Zoom or in person at your house in Wagga Wagga NSW, lessons with me are engaging and tailored to your learning style. Background: Drawing on a wide foundation of knowledge, we will go over not just content but the most effective ways to learn and remember. Style: There are many ways to explain the same material, and with 7+ years experience, we can find the way that works for you together. Goals and Materials: Your goals are my priority, and initial lessons are structured to tap into the resources you already have, to make learning and study more effective. As lessons progress, additional resources may be recommended based on your individual learning needs and style. Ethos: I believe success truly comes from knowing how and what to study and understanding your "why?" - the reason you care about the subject. Anyone can learn well, if the material is presented in the right way. Special Education: I have worked with many students who are visual learners, and have a range of tools in my kit appropriate for neurodiverse learners.
