About Courtney
Hello there! I'm Courtney & I received my BM in Music Education from Methodist University in 2014 and currently pursuing a MA in Music Education from Liberty University. I have taught in the public school systems of both North Carolina (1 year) and Virginia (6 years).
In Virginia, I taught high school choir and worked with students privately in preparation for auditions, singing tests, and concerts. I work hard to attend to each student's individual needs and goals and love helping them work on specific goals they have for their voice.

Each lesson will be personalized for every student. If you are a vocal student, we will work on individualized techniques specific to your voice & goals. Music theory, history, & appreciation students will receive guidance in the areas they need help in & will learn study techniques that will help them retain the information long-term (think more of a tutoring setting). For students pursuing a teaching license, Music Praxis exam tutoring sessions are also available.
Lessons available for elementary, secondary, and collegiate students pursuing a music education degree.
