About Alec
I am a graduate from the Royal Northern College of Music, and have a vast history of performance on the Cello as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral. I have played internationally in concerts and masterclasses across Europe with my Quartet and Trio, and have performed professionally as an Orchestral musician, including playing with the BBC Philharmonic.

I was trained through the Suzuki method until I was 16, when I started at the junior Birmingham Conservatoire (and later studied at the RNCM), so I have a great understanding of different teaching styles which lets me differ my methodology for each student. Nobody learns the same so it is important to have someone who can adapt to you!
