About Lara
Besides being a performer and teacher, I am the manager and lead musician of two performing groups: Amethyst Trio and Celtic Sands. The websites are (concealed information) and (concealed information) I had a private piano teaching studio for many years and have been a member of MTAC and MTNA.

My BA in music is from from UC Berkeley, dept of music and my MA from SFSU. I have also had further studies in Paris, France for several years. I have been performing and teaching in the SF Bay,Area for over 25 years. Besides being a pianist, I am also a harpist and flutist and a vocal coach.
