About Kevin

I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Music and a minor in English. I have been a teacher for 13 years. I have been a tutor for many of those years. Students that I have tutored have gone on to perform in college bands, all state bands and drum corps international. My students have been successful in their musical journey. I can help you reach goals. And your first lesson is free.

About the lesson

Hi! My name is Kevin. I have been a music teacher/Band Director for 13 years. I have been a tutor for many of those years. I use many different methods to tutor my students. I tutor all levels from beginner to senior level. A typical lesson starts with a quick assessment and then setting goals on what can be accomplished. With instruction, guided practice and review plus each lesson is tailored to individual needs of the student. I have a proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals. My personalized approach, combined with my passion for teaching, ensures that each student receives the support they need to succeed.
