About Aarren
I have a Foundation Degree from Leeds College of Music and I'm currently studying at Falmouth University. I've been playing music since I was 14 starting with guitar. I'm now primarily a bassist and play regularly in multiple bands. I've taught fellow band mates music theory to help broaden their musical knowledge and realised I enjoyed teaching them!

Music theory can be a confusing and stressful concept. I aim to make it as simple as it needs to be for beginners, and once key concepts are grasped it is easier to build on that into more complex concepts. I quite like using metaphors and comparisons to help solidify ideas! I'm also very relaxed and patient should the student struggle to grasp anything!
I can help to apply this theory to guitar or piano!
