About Mustafa

I completed my bachelor degree at Cairo University, Egypt. After my graduation, I worked as an Arabic Lecturer for both natives and non-natives. To widen my knowledge I completed a diploma in teaching Arabic as a second language using modern strategies such as Cooperative Learning, and multiple intelligences. In 2016, I gained a full-tuition scholarship to study linguistics and Arabic Lexicography at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.
During the two years of the program, I aided in The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies as a part-time Assistant of Research. My role was to support researchers of the chief project developing the Doha Historical Dictionary of Arabic. In addition, I worked for Qatar University's Arabic Program for foreign speakers, Gems American Academy, and Gems wellington School.

About the lesson

I always seek the highest quality of educational outcomes. That is why I am using the standards of The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) as a proficiency guideline for teaching language. I read about the experience of leading teachers and specialists with the hope to advance my career path.
Being passionate towards the language development, I enjoy a lot exploring with my students new knowledge of language components, vocabulary, expressions, sayings, structures, and culture. I was always keen to create a learning environment that motivates students, and helps improving their Arabic speaking and reading skills via creative activities and projects. Believing that language is a bridge between cultures. I always design my classroom activities to communicate cultural components that bring people together.
