My teaching methods and pedagogy are designed to provide an effective and productive learning experience for my students. The following are some of the techniques and teaching methods that I commonly use:

Personalised teaching: I understand each student's learning style and needs and create individualised lesson plans based on their differences. I ensure that students fully understand and master the material by interacting with them and observing their learning styles.

Stimulating students' interest: I try to stimulate students' interest through creative and interesting teaching methods. I use multimedia resources, examples, stories and games to help students better understand and apply what they have learnt.

Interactive learning: I encourage students to participate actively in class discussions and interactions. I provide opportunities for students to share their ideas, ask questions, and collaborate and discuss with their peers. This interactive learning helps to develop students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Practice and application: I focus on linking what I learn to real-life and realistic situations. I use activities such as case studies, experiments, role-plays and field trips to help students apply their theoretical knowledge to practical situations and deepen their understanding and retention.

Feedback and assessment: I provide regular feedback and assessment so that students can understand their progress and make improvements. I encourage students to self-assess and provide them with guidance and advice to help them identify their strengths and areas for development.

With regard to the length of lessons, I usually determine the length of the class based on the content of the lesson and the age and attention level of the students. For younger students, I usually limit the length of the class to between 40 and 50 minutes to ensure that they are able to focus and stay attentive. For older students or adult students, class lengths can be extended to 60 minutes or longer to accommodate more in-depth learning and discussion. However, I do make adjustments on a case-by-case basis to ensure that students' learning is maximised.
