About Darko
Im a Medical Doctor and a former national team athlete in the short sprints. I have, through my knowledge of physiology and evidence based training theory, coached myself to a national 100m record, a gold medal at the Balkan Championships, several medals in different disciplines at national championships, and to become one of the 30
fastest in Europe. I am currently an elite coach and training consultant for a club in Gothenburg.

Depending on topic and which aspect we are dealing with, I either teach through theoretical lectures, seminar discussions, or through practical exercises. If your goal is to become a better coach (for others or yourself), or if you are a student of sports science, I plan the teaching around all important aspects of training, from anatomy and physiology, to training theory and planning. If your goal is to become a better athlete, then we will discuss your current goals, and from lapses of your knowledge and current training planning we will make a plan together.
