About Oktay
Hey, My name is Oktay Mammadov. I'm a second year medical student. I may not seem like a professional tutor but I assure you that I definitely am a professional student. I have been learning English for 8 years and teaching it for 3 of those years. I have given group and personal one on one lessons. SAT, TOEFL, IELTS are some of the international exams I have completed with getting grades in C2 level equivalent. The languages I speak are English C2, Turkish C2 (TOMER certified), Russian B1, German A1, Azerbaijani ( Mother tongue).I am teaching English through a system I have designed, which collects the key points from nearly 150 grammar/vocabulary and essential tactics books I have used in my own journey. I have over 1000 debate questions made for developing integrated speaking abilities, over 50 interactive games where you will be using your language skills unconsciously, thus developing them while having entertainment. Through my course I will be sure to aid you with extra visual and audio back-up and some entertaining applications I have accumulated through the process of tutoring that will make your experience of learning a new language as enjoyable and fruitful as possible. I have had students from more than 4 nations; therefore, I'm confident about being able to communicate with you too. I usually make my lessons Speaking/listening centered with crucial grammatical points included in the process, aiming to accomplishing student's goals and intentions. I have many interactive exercises to enhance speaking and cognitive abilities in English. Anyone ranging from newly starters to English who struggle to speak fluently, or intermediate level student who wants to give IELTS or TOEFL exams can attend my classes. I have been giving lessons to every level of students and thus I have material needed to be tutoring each level. Furthermore, I have more than 50 international exam preparation resource. You can observe the unknown tips and short-cuts in English and many applications that will make your learning process significantly easier over the period.
