About Manasi
Sthiram Sukham Asanam, which means an asana is to be performed with stability & comfort. So my main objective is to make my student perform yoga with ease. Yoga is just not physical postures but way beyond physical dimension. I will be focusing on mental and spiritual aspects of yoga.

My teaching will include theory of hatha yoga from its original script .I will be emphasizing on postural holding in asana. My classes will be helpful for beginners in yoga (no age limit). I'm also specialized in taking yoga for diseased patients.
