About Finlay
Hi, I'm Fin, a medical student and MSc student here at the University of Sheffield. I've completed 3 out of 5 years of a medical degree and have taken a year out to complete an MSc in Neuroscience before I finish my last two years. I am aiming to be a teaching fellow (a doctor that teaches medical students) in the NHS before specialising as a neurologist.

My typical length of lesson would range from 1-1.5 hours and I focus on reinforcing learning set by school curriculum, particularly focusing on areas that students may struggle with. I have experience teaching students with learning difficulties and have previously worked as a tutor helping students get into medical school.

Deadly! Fin is very friendly and punctual - with a genuine enthusiasm for this topic. He is organised and eager to help, tailoring the sessions so they are bespoke to learning needs. He is clearly very knowledgable and out my daughter at ease. She feels very comfortable in his tuition.
