About Melanie

Since finishing my teacher training in September 2017 I have started Limitless Yoga and have been teaching Hot Hatha Flow + Functional Mobility classes in Kelso, Scotland and a private men’s yoga class in Duns, Scotland. I teach three classes a week manage, organised and advertise everything myself.
I have successfully taught yoga classes specifically aimed for climbers at Alien Bloc climbing centre in Edinburgh.
I have organised and taught workshops and a retreats in the Highlands.
I have also taught many festivals and collaborated in hosting charity events.

About the lesson

I aim to create a limitation free atmosphere for every person that I share a practice with. Through body meditative movements, breath work, and themes to challenged our perspectives, we learn the inner workings of our mind and cultivate our body awareness. Yoga has taught me how to love and understand myself, helping me become the person I have always wanted to be. I aim to be able to share the numerous benefits that yoga can bring into a person’s life, mentally and physically. Solidifying that yoga isn’t just about the practice itself but how you apply what you have learned when you step off of your mat.
