About Nikki
I am Physiotherapy graduate working as a pole dancing and yoga instructor. I originally come from Greece, but I lived and worked in the UK for several years, before relocating to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2020. My physiotherapy studies provided me with a solid understanding of the underlying principles of the mechanics of the body, which I have been able to complement with a lot of hard work, perseverance and preparation for competitions. My approach can be easily adapted to meet the needs of any student, whether you are a beginner embarking on your yoga journey now or an experienced learner looking to take your skills to the next level!

Whether you are looking for a dynamic or gentle Yoga flow I am the person that will help you achieve your goals! I was a passionate pole dancing athlete with success in national and international competitions, before embarking on my yoga journey 3 years ago. Since then, I have already helped many students reach their yoga and flexibility goals as well as to get into the yoga philosophy that allows you to reach harmony between body and mind.
