About Martyna

I’m a teacher with early years speciality. I have started being interested in nutrition and health after the number on my scale showed 120kg. I have decided to change my life. I have motivated myself to learn more about eating healthy and lost over 40 kilograms already and now I have decided to help others achieve their own goals and support them in their weight loss journey.

About the lesson

To be a good teacher you need to get to know your learner first. My motto is: “If they don’t learn the way you teach, maybe you should teach the way they learn”. I want to make sure that I share my knowledge in an easy and pleasant way.
