About Kaitlyn
I am a dedicated and motivated college student with a strong interest in healthcare and education. As a nursing major, I am passionate about helping others and enjoy working with children in a patient and encouraging environment. I have a strong understanding of elementary-level math and am eager to create fun, engaging lessons that help young students learn and build confidence.

Although I have not formally tutored before, I have always had a strong interest in math and enjoy helping young children learn basic concepts in a fun and engaging way. For kindergarten and 1st grade students, I would implement lessons focused on counting, number recognition, simple addition and subtraction, patterns, shapes, and measurements through hands-on activities, games, flashcards, and interactive worksheets. I would also encourage learning through songs, storytelling, and positive reinforcement to help students build confidence and develop a strong foundation in math.
