About Tanya
Hi there! My name is Tanya, and I’m a current Nursing student in an accelerated BSN program, expected to graduate in May 2026. With a 3.6 GPA, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, and an Associate’s in Health Sciences, I bring both academic excellence and a deep passion for healthcare and the human body. I specialize in tutoring Biology, Anatomy, Pathophysiology, and other health science subjects. I love helping students understand how the body works—especially how systems connect in both health and disease. Whether you're in high school, college, or a healthcare training program, I adapt my tutoring to fit your unique learning style. One of my specialties is working with students with ADHD. I’ve developed creative and flexible teaching strategies to match different attention spans, processing styles, and study habits—making learning more accessible, focused, and fun. I’ve successfully worked with classmates in nursing school, an EMT student, and a high school freshman in biology. I’m also passionate about teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. As a future Pediatric RN, I especially enjoy working with children and teens to help them build confidence and a love for science.
