About Tayla
I have just recently graduated from University, with my Bachelor of Human Nutrition. Whilst I am relatively new to the role of being a Nutritionist, I have already had an extensive amount of experience in the food and nutrition industry thus far:
. Foost - assisting with kids cooking classes and kinder incursions
. Eat up Australia - assisting with end of term sandwich making for
disadvantaged children in local schools
. Diabetes Expo - assisting an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with
running an education session for people whom were recently
diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus
. Coburg Lions VFL club - nutrition assistant
. Canteen Assistant - local primary school
. Kitchen Hand - local childcare center

How the sessions run:
1) Pick your time, date and session length (30, 60 or 90 minutes)
2) I will spend some time getting to know you and what you would like to achieve from our sessions together (goal setting)
3) We will come up with an action plan filled with the most suitable strategies for you, and your journey to success will begin
