About Julia

I have culinary experiences, from my adolescence, with family events and also across disciplines during my graduation. Besides, I'm lactose intolerant and therefore, I have personal experience with the development of restrictive menus of certain components without changing the nutritional quality.

About the lesson

The classes can be focused for people on restricted diets (lactose intolerance or gluten, PKU, food allergies, etc.) or targeted for healthy food, such as mounting healthy snacks and attractive to children. I teach for any age group, from children to the elderly.
