About Liv
Hi, I'm Liv and I'm a student at the University of Bristol studying biochemistry. Since a young age I've had a passion for academics and so tutoring seemed like a natural job for me to do! I love to help others find the same passion for school that I've always had. At A Level I achieved A*A*A*A in French, Biology, Chemistry and EPQ so I can help with understanding of any of these subjects up to GCSE level. I'm friendly and fun but well organised so our sessions can be both fun and educational! I also have good communication skills and am happy to explain as many times as you need until it makes sense. I'm always open to trying new ways of learning so we can find something that suits you and allows you to learn in the best way possible. I have been tutoring since November 2021, preparing year 10s and 11s for exams as well as taking them through the changes in the syllabus for this year's exams, so I now feel well equipped to take on a new wave of tutees whom I can help to reach their full potential! Let's learn to love school together!

My lessons are an hour long and can focus on either content specific revision, past paper practice or a mixture of the two. I offer tutoring up to GCSE level, particularly for students in year 9, 10 and 11.
I am currently a student at the University of Bristol studying biochemistry and I have been tutoring for the duration of this academic year, preparing students for their GCSE exams this Summer. I have grades of A*A*A*A at A Level and have been really enjoying passing on what my teachers taught me at school to younger students in order to help them reach their full potential.
I have a strong belief that the key to good exam results is two-fold: first of all, a great set of notes which can be used for accurate revision, and secondly plenty of past paper practice and help with exam technique. Great exam technique can often unlock a whole new grade which students had previously been struggling to achieve.
Each lesson will be tailored to the student's ability and confidence level so that every student feels challenged but not overwhelmed.
