About Lara

I am a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with more than 25 years of experience in guiding individuals towards better health, well-being, and balance through the practice of yoga. Over the years, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and health conditions, helping them improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellness through a personalized approach to yoga.

My journey in yoga has taught me that every individual is unique. Each person comes with different goals, challenges, lifestyles, and health concerns. For this reason, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method of teaching. Instead, I carefully assess each student's needs and design customized yoga sessions that are best suited to their condition and objectives. Whether it is pain relief, stress management, rehabilitation, improved flexibility, or overall wellness, my aim is to provide guidance that is safe, effective, and meaningful.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge because I have witnessed the transformative power of yoga in countless lives. Seeing individuals overcome physical discomfort, gain confidence, improve their health, and experience a better quality of life has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Many students and clients have benefited from these personalized programs and achieved positive, lasting results.

My goal is not only to teach yoga but also to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to lead healthier, happier, and more balanced lives. I look forward to sharing my experience and helping each student discover the benefits that yoga can bring to their unique journey.
