About Bautista
I got into coaching because when I was overweight, and when I had the worst possible relationship with food (yes, I went through both extremes), I didn't have all the information I have today to help you with your transformation. The idea is that you don't make the same mistakes I did and save yourself years of training and doing things without knowledge, just like in any other area of life. It's not just a gym routine; it's support, mental guidance, and a plan that adapts to your life, not the other way around.

In the case of the online service (my specialty), we'll have follow-up and support calls where we'll monitor not only your training and nutrition, but also how you approach the following week, your next workout, and how you manage overthinking your physique. I'll also help you develop a healthy relationship with food and show you that you can have an amazing physique while still eating what you love (just like I do every day). The in-person service includes the same plan, but also features meetings where I'll come to your training location to help you improve your technique, connect with you personally, and help you strengthen your physical and mental weaknesses.
