Super tutor

Anna is one of our best Russian tutors. High-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Anna

Hi everyone! My name is Anna. I was born and raised in Russia, where the Russian language is not just a means of communication, but a deep reflection of history, emotions, humour, and everyday life. Growing up there allowed me to absorb the language naturally, together with its unique inner culture — the way people think, express feelings, and connect through words.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Russian and later completed a Master’s degree in Art in the UK, which gave me a strong cross-cultural perspective and helped me explain Russian language and culture in a clear, accessible way to international students.

Currently, I work as a Russian tutor at a Russian school in Notting Hill, London

About the lesson

In my teaching, I focus not only on grammar and vocabulary, but also on cultural context, real-life expressions, and nuances that help students truly feel the language rather than simply memorise it.
I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, understand the soul of the Russian language

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience had by the students of Anna.

Deadly! Anna is a wonderful teacher. She is patient and has a good sense of humour which makes learning a real pleasure. She also pays special attention to the finer points of pronunciation and grammar which she is able to explain against a background of Russian culture and tradition which is invaluable. I am enjoying my lessons with her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone wishing to learn Russian in an inspiring way.
