About Rob
Hi, my name is Rob, and I am currently completing my master's in secondary school teaching. I teach math, biology and chemistry. I completed my degree in biochemistry from the University of Galway. After spending a year living and working in Australia, I discovered that my true passion lies in education. I have a strong academic interest in both chemistry and biology, and I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and open learning environment where students feel confident and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs of the student, with a focus on building confidence, deepening understanding, and developing exam technique. I use a clear, structured approach and aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring challenging concepts.
Whether you're aiming to improve grades, catch up on missed content, or deepen your understanding of a subject, I will work with you to set goals and track progress. Lessons can be delivered in person or online, using interactive resources to make learning engaging and effective.
My main areas of expertise are Biology and Chemistry at Leaving Cert level as well as science for Junior Cert Level. For math I teach Junior Cert Level, Ordinary Leaving Cert and Higher level.
