About Venkatamruudula

I am a professional Yoga Therapist with a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy and a certification in Diet and Nutrition. Over the past 6 years, I have had the opportunity to serve individuals by conducting Batch Yoga sessions and One-on-one/ Couple/ Pair private sessions, tailored to the unique needs of participants, (IST and non-IST regions). JOIN ME TO EXPERIENCE THE ESSENCE OF YOGA ON A DEEPER LEVELS.

About the lesson

Prior to session, we will contact each individual to understand their SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, DAILY ROUTINE, and PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, and PSYCHOLOGICAL conditions. Based on an evaluation of these Five Pillars, a personalized series of practices and diet plans will be designed. These plans are gradually introduced, with modifications made based on individual flexibility. Over time, with consistent practice, these modified practices will evolve into the perfect routine, ultimately leading to full integration with the practice. Additionally, a Q&A session will be held at the end of each session.

OUR GENERAL YOGA SESSIONS focus on improving flexibility, strength, and stamina at the mind, body, and soul level.

OUR YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS address a wide range of health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, incontinence, PCOS/PCOD, fibroids, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, disc bulge/herniation,sciatica, backache, hypertension (BP), hypoxia, fatty liver, indigestion, COPD, asthma, sinusitis, migraines, diabetes, weight loss, concentration, and many more.
