I've known Marcus for years and regularly discussed many intellectual topics in philosophy, maths, econ, politics, you name it. He's not only very bright but very clear and empathetic. He always makes sure he knows what I understand and knows how to match his explanations to me. I think this is a rare skill, although many people think they have it, few do.
